Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for specialized programs and initiatives, including technical roles, veteran hiring, leadership development, and emerging skill areas
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, military transition programs, professional associations, and industry organizations to develop diverse talent pipelines
- Lead high-priority recruiting campaigns and programs from conception to execution, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and program measurement
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand critical talent needs and develop targeted recruitment approaches
- Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and track program effectiveness
- Optimize candidate assessment methods and interview processes to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation across specialized roles
- Coach hiring managers and interview teams on effective selection techniques and decision-making processes
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Develop employer branding initiatives that resonate with specialized talent pools
Requirements
- Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focusing on specialized hiring programs or initiatives
- Demonstrated success in military recruitment programs and veteran hiring initiatives
- Strong track record of building and executing strategic talent acquisition programs
- Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media strategy
- Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, metrics, and best practices
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive program improvements
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
