Exciting Opportunity :
5,000 Sign-On / Retention Bonus
This position involves some travel and a flexible schedule. You will be working at the rehab center as well as other locations like Albuquerque Heights and Las Palomas Center.
Key Responsibilities :
- Document patient care as needed.
- Follow up on daily nursing tasks and ensure templates are properly executed.
- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff across all shifts, including weekends.
- Collaborate with the Administrator on documentation issues.
- Evaluate patients / residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting any changes.
- Contribute to comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
