providing qualified resources to conduct task activities and task management support for
new and existing tasks, as well as ensuring successful performance of all work under
this contract.
This position will be based at the TRG headquarters in McLean, VA and/or remotely. There may be occasional on-site meetings at the GSA Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract
- Shall be authorized to perform work and deploy resources on behalf of the Contractor, and will have the ability/means to provide key contractual and financial information to GSA
- Provide proactive strategic advice to clients, manage internal resources and finances, and report on key metrics like budget utilization, resource constraints, project issues/risks, etc. via standard tools and dashboards
- Serve as the primary quality assurance expert, working with contractor resources to ensure that deliverables and services are provided at the highest level of quality
- Communicate regularly with clients (COR, and others as appropriate) to proactively estimate future service needs and react accordingly, and maintain a pipeline of skilled resources
- Bachelor degree and a minimum of 11 years of relevant professional experience
- A minimum of 3 years supporting government-wide programs
- A minimum of 3 years managing a contract of similar size, scope and complexity
- Demonstrated experience and expert knowledge working with government-wide category management initiatives and including GSA (or similar federal experience) category offices
- Experience working directly with GSA and OMB (or similar federal experience) executives on PMA-related efforts
- PMP Certification
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
