Job Description:
As our Outreach Coordinator, you'll manage the initial contact and onboarding process for new clients via email. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for patients from their first inquiry to their first therapy session. This is a remote position, however, may require periodic in-person meetings with your supervisor at our Folsom location.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming client inquiries from our website contact form
- Create patient profiles in TherapyNotes using provided information
- Confirm appointments and guide patients through profile setup using email templates
- Provide pre-appointment instructions and ensure completion of necessary paperwork
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, preferably TherapyNotes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Experience in healthcare or mental health settings preferred
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
