Overview
Renfrow Security is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator! The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our fleet vehicles and equipment.
This position involves coordinating daily maintenance schedules and overseeing repairs for our vehicle fleet's operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours and Benefits
This position is Full-Time, offering M-F 8am-5pm work hours, $20/hr pay, negotiable based on experience, and full benefits after 90 Days: Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, Referral Program, and more!
Duties
- Perform daily Company inspections on vehicles and equipment to identify necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
- Utilize technical skills to assemble, or repair components as needed, such as patching tires.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with external vendors and dealerships for specialized repairs or parts sourcing.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fleet maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Great knowledge of vehicle basics such as changing a flat tire, patching a tire, identifying basic vehicle problems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as necessary for repairs and maintenance.
- Proficiency in assembling various mechanical components.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
