We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our AAM 15 Management team at the Residence Inn, Nashua. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until their departure. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, supervise staff, and enhance guest satisfaction at our hotels.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Lead and train front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes accurately.
- Conduct night audits as necessary to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred.
