Master Data Management Specialist

Our client is a rapidly growing private investment firm. This position sits in their shared services organization offering corporate services to their 180 portfolio of companies.

bout the Role :

s the MDM specialist you will be working with the Head of BI / DW and cross- functional teams across the business to assist in the design and development of mastered enterprise data domain(s) to ensure high quality data for the organization;assist in design and development of enterprise data quality transformation;and lead the design and development of solution development life cycle (SDLC) activities; such as standards and guidelines, SLAs, technical peer review, deployment, scheduling and auditing.

Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for answering key business and technical use cases related to the MDM program with data
• Monitor and maintain all the customer data processes such as match / merge, data profiling, standardization and data enrichment
• bility to build Hierarchy, Relationships and build full 360 view of the Customer
• Building MDM for other domains such as COA, Institution / Organization and Vendors
• Lead processes to implement and validate programs to improve master data quality and its utilization
• Serve as the main point of contact with business and other technical teams to ensure their master data expectations and requirements are understood
• Collaborate with teams to discuss business requirements for new master data related initiatives
• Partner with other members of the MDM team to document business requirements, data KPIs, test cases, and dashboards
• Meet with internal teams to discuss data needs; ensure the master data story is understood by all functions within the organization
• Partner with Data Scientists to develop deep insights and communicate those to technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain and improve best practices around data mining and visualization
