Conlan Tire is an emerging, privately owned truck tire retreading and re-manufacturing operation that specializes in tire maintenance practices, casing management, warranty claims, fuel testing, alignments, sales, tire retreading, tire repair, production and quality control. Conlan Tire is committed to producing a balanced, aesthetically appealing and fuel efficient tire. We strive to provide the most fuel efficient re-manufactured tires in the market!
Conlan Tire is seeking a Plant Manager for our production facility in Romulus, MI. We are seeking an aggressive, forward-thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast paced environment.
This position will be responsible for the multi- shift productivity of a 45-plus employee commercial tire retreading shop.
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
- Experience leading a large team in a production environment
- Mechanical and job knowledge on commercial tires
- Ability to multitask and manage a changing workload
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with company employees, vendors and customers
- Knowledge of computer systems
- College degree preferred but not required
