- Financial Management: Drive profitability by analyzing P&L statements, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that all locations consistently deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable dining experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with franchisees and corporate teams to align goals, share best practices, and implement new initiatives.
- Innovation & Growth: Champion the adoption of technology and new processes to improve efficiency and customer convenience.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in multi-unit restaurant management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and develop diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations, including compliance, quality assurance, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
