Our client is looking for an experienced multi-unit manager with restaurant/food-beverage experience to oversee all aspects of customer service, operations, team development, sales and profitability!

Salary range from 80-92k plus bonus depending on experience.
Only backgrounds with restaurant/food and beverage will be considered.

Responsibilities to include:
- Coaching, training and leading by example for entire team.
- Promoting, service, culture and efficiency
- Manage operational performance of all units working with Store Managers to meet KPI's, Metrics and Sales Goals
- Drive culture through diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Develop future leaders
- Control operational costs including payroll
- Communicate with senior leadership regarding any operational, sales or customer concerns
- Maintain a safe, clean, inviting environment in all locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
