We are assisting our client, McCullough Kubota in Gurnee, IL in recruitment for an in-house Sales Rep for their brand new showroom in Gurnee, IL.

Bilingual is a plus!

Base salary plus commissions. Realistic first year compensation in the 80k range with no cap on commission.

M-F work schedule with 1/2 day required once per month on Saturdays.

Job Description:

Are you a motivated sales professional who excels in both English and Spanish? We’re seeking a Bilingual Equipment Salesperson to connect with a diverse client base, understand their equipment needs, and provide tailored solutions. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their equipment needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Sales: Drive sales by recommending and selling equipment that meets client specifications and requirements.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including follow-up and resolution of any issues.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Documentation: Manage sales documentation and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency: Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the equipment or related industry.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
