The Ricci Team is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Listing Agent to become a vital part of our successful real estate team in White Plains.
In this pivotal role, you will lead clients through the property selling journey by offering expert guidance, conducting market analyses, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the entire listing process—from the initial consultation to the final closing—ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily real estate lead generation activities
- Prospecting daily for homes leads, off-market opportunities to deliver your value proposition
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
- Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills
- Track activities, report your numbers with our cutting edge CRM & technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
- Use our data company to find sellers to drop off and be top of your game in the industry
- Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
- Be a student of the market & evolving real estate industry
