Regional Controller – Richmond, VA (up to 50% Travel)

Our client, a fast-growing division of a global manufacturing leader, is seeking a Regional Controller to lead financial operations for an expanding $500M business unit with 11 facilities across the U.S. and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of 10–12, including plant controllers, and travel regularly to regional sites.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidations to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
• Operations Support: Manage costing, variances, and partner with teams to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Change Leadership: Guide the finance function through acquisitions, restructuring, and transformation.
• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with executives to align financial strategies with growth goals.
