Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Drive strategic financial planning and analysis to ensure business growth and success.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and accurate business performance analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to guide key business decisions and financial planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years of combined public accounting and private industry experience, with a preference for manufacturing experience
- Proven track record in leading, developing, and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
- Strong financial analysis and business planning skills, with experience in assessing and improving business performance.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required. MBA or CPA preferred.
