We’re seeking a Reliability Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing team in the Greater Richmond, VA region.

What You'll Do :
- Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability and ensure consistent operational performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate sources of equipment failures.
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in line with operational excellence goals.
