We are actively searching for a Reliability Manager to join our client, a global manufacturer with annual revenues of $1.5 billion, to provide preventative maintenance and equipment reliability leadership across four factories in the Chicago area.
This is a critical role that drives equipment improvements through a reliability-centered maintenance program.
You will leverage your senior reliability engineering or maintenance leadership experience to drive maintenance excellence, promote employee safety, and proactively develop improvements.
Background
- Maintenance leadership experience or a background as a Senior Reliability Engineer is highly valued.
- Experience in preventative maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), equipment reliability, or mechanical integrity programs is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong work ethics, self-discipline, eagerness to lead others, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Frequent travel (approximately 25% ) is necessary.
