The Richmond Group USA is looking for a sharp Senior Accountant with manufacturing experience who’s ready to take ownership of cost accounting, financial reporting, and job quoting in a hybrid role.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead financial reporting and month-end close
- Own cost accounting, job quoting, and margin analysis
- Track revenue/COGS by project and tie it to payroll and inventory
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Help streamline processes and mentor junior staff
What You Bring:
- 4 years’ accounting experience (manufacturing/cost accounting a must)
- Strong ERP and Excel skills
- Solid understanding of inventory and job costing
- A proactive mindset and strong communication chops
