HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE – ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP – NPD
The TRG Growth Practice is current engaged by a top Global Manufacturing client that is looking to identify a Director of Engineering, Product Development & Innovation to step in and lead a dynamic product innovation group and high growth vertical within their global business. Division HQ is Southern Wisconsin - with a footprint throughout NA, EMEA, and APAC. This will lead a globally dispersed team.
Reporting into a Business Unit President this role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility side of their business. We need someone with strengths in:
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Product & Process Excellence
- Product Innovation & Development Tools/Road mapping
- Team Building and Management

Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MBA a plus)
· 5 Years of Experience with Team Management & Product Development
· Product Innovation Experience & NPD
· Strong Leadership Skills with Ability to take Ownership & Drive Change
