The TRG Manufacturing – Growth Practice is currently working with one of our top Global Manufacturing clients looking to identify a Senior-Level Site Operations Manager (Lean Leader) to join their NA Distribution & Logistics hub in the greater Charleston area.

This location is focused on Warehousing and Distribution and is a Center of Excellence (COE) for them across North America. We are looking for a high impact leader that is hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure KPIs are met, and use data-driven insights to drive site wide continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (Experience with Operations, OPEX, and Plant Production Planning)
• Hands-on Operations Leadership Experience, either in Manufacturing or Distribution settings
• Lean / Continuous Improvement Experience
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
