As an Applications Project Engineer, you will support sales efforts by conducting technical reviews and providing engineering data for commercial quotations. You’ll develop project plans, concept models, layouts, and budgets, collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Your role includes identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will prepare job change orders, maintain project documentation, and engage with customers and vendors to provide solutions and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with 2 years of machine design related experience in packaging machinery or complex automated equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Experience with project management methodologies (certification is a plus)
- Experience with robotics applications or OEM (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
