Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Drain Technician to handle predominantly residential Drain cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while adhering to safety and code standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assess drain problem and clear drains. We look to restore flow to our customers same day.
- Test plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and identify leaks or other issues.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining work performed and answering client questions professionally.
- Troubleshoot problems efficiently and recommend effective solutions for drain cleaning.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of drain cleaning experience preferred (Residential experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and installation techniques.
- Knowledge of state and local plumbing codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clean background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in varying physical conditions (climbing ladders, tight spaces, outdoor environments).

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends/overtime may be required).
Location:
- Work is based out of Englewood, Ohio, with travel to job sites as needed.
