SAFETY SUPERVISOR - DIRECT-HIRE - 30 MILES NE OF NASHVILLE, TN
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for a Warehouse Safety Supervisor to help maintain safety in their warehouse operations! The focus of the position is to ensure a safe and secure work environment for all warehouse employees and personnel.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of previous experience in a similar safety function, a bachelor's degree in a safety-related field, and previous leadership experience.
Essential Job Duties :
- Enforce OSHA and warehouse regulations.
- Lead safety training and inspections.
- Manage accident responses and root cause analysis.
- Oversee safety equipment and supplies.
- Chair Safety Committee and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Manage 1 direct report
- Additional duties as required, with up to 10% travel.
