The Regional Materials Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the flow of materials from procurement to distribution at THE RITESCREEN COMPANY LLC. This leader will develop, implement, and maintain procurement strategies to balance quality, cost, and supply continuity with a systems-driven approach consistent across all sites.
Main Responsibilities
- Develops and refines a forecasting process to lead the planning of materials for each site.
- Monitors and manages inventory levels to ensure that there is neither excess nor a shortage, which could impact production schedules.
- Provides guidance to material coordinators within their region to ensure the corporate inventory strategy meets the sites needs.
- Leverages analytical skills to analyze data and provide insights to current inventory levels and material market conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, such as Business Management or Supply Chain.
- 3-5 years experience in multi-site materials planning.
- APICS certification preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, EPICOR preferred.
