What You'll Do :

Full-Cycle Recruitment :

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle-from posting to offer acceptance-delivering a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Sourcing Superstar :

  • Use social media, job boards, referrals, and your networking expertise to engage active and passive candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners, universities, and professional associations.
  • Screening & Selection :

  • Conduct pre-screen interviews to identify the best candidates.
  • Schedule interviews, provide timely feedback, and guide hiring managers through the decision-making process.
  • Ensure all candidates meet RiteScreen's standards through thorough reference and background checks.
  • Program Development :

  • Create and manage co-op and internship programs to attract and develop early-career talent.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions to foster talent pipelines and evaluate program outcomes.
  • Brand Building & Outreach :

  • Be our talent ambassador at career fairs, industry events, and more.
  • Drive employer branding efforts by launching creative recruitment campaigns and enhancing candidate engagement.
  • Optimization & Compliance :

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to HR leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS.
  • What You'll Bring :

  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and represent the company.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and creative sourcing tools.
  • QUALIFICATIONS ( Education, Experience, & Skills required)

  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, but 7 years of relevant direct experience may be considered in place of a degree
  • 5 years of experience as a recruiter or talent specialist, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
  • Proven track record of successful placements and experience in cold-calling passive candidates
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably ADP, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic recruitment scenarios
  • In-depth understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with employment laws, best practices, and trends related to talent acquisition and selection
  • Experience developing and managing co-op and internship programs is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
