Your Daily Adventure

• Tools & Techniques: Gain mastery over hand tools and advanced pneumatic equipment, ensuring frame assembly meets our exacting standards.
• Quality Inspection: Perform thorough checks to maintain quality and report any deviations swiftly.
• Process Flow: Streamline production by ensuring seamless material transition across stages.
• Problem Solving: Tackle minor issues head-on and escalate larger concerns efficiently.
• Tool Maintenance: Ensure all tools and work spaces are in optimal condition, alerting for replenishments as necessary.
• Maintain Safety: Adhere strictly to safety standards, including PPE and 5S principles, while fostering a tidy, organized area.

Who You Are

• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You've spent over 2 years in similar roles or possess equatable education.
• With a keen eye for detail, you excel in problem-solving.
• Instructions are followed exquisitely, and you thrive in collaborative settings.
• You communicate clearly and work well within teams.

• Physical demands include extended periods of standing, repetitive task execution, and product-navigation. You're also capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, sometimes more with help.
