Your Role
In your pivotal role as a Precision Manufacturing Inspector, your tasks will encompass:
- Frame Assembly & Equipment Utilization: Skillfully inserting screen mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools, ensuring a seamless product.
- Workflow & Quality Checks: Optimizing material movement across various production phases, coupled with regular inspections for consistency and standard compliance.
- Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Vigilantly overseeing production, addressing minor issues independently, and escalating major concerns when necessary.
Candidate Profile
We prize committed and precise team members, with traits such as:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Over 2 years of relevant production experience, particularly valued if it pertains to the window/door sector.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing or process enhancement (desired but not essential).
