Overview : The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in driving recruitment efforts for our expanding national company, particularly within our Residential Real Estate division. This position focuses on attracting, sourcing, and selecting the best talent for our multifamily property management teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-volume recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This role is essential in supporting our growth by ensuring we have the right people to enhance our property management operations. Additionally, the Manager will be integral in initiatives to elevate The RMR Group's brand as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with functional leaders and management teams to identify recruitment needs and long-term staffing strategies.
- Proactively source and recruit candidates through various channels, aiming to identify top talent while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external staffing partners to streamline the recruiting process and achieve hiring targets.
- Coordinate participation in recruiting events and support outreach efforts to technical schools, colleges, and universities.
- Work closely with hiring managers and interview teams to clarify job requirements and ensure candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Provide interview training as needed.
- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience by managing communication regarding application status, documentation, and onboarding; maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) for managing requisitions, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate communications.
- Thoroughly understand and convey The RMR Group's benefits programs to candidates and employees, highlighting how they distinguish RMR in the market.
- Actively participate in the design, planning, and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Represent RMR at networking and professional organizations focused on recruiting.
