Human Resources Manager (#4339 – Madison, WI) Work with company leaders of this food manufacturer to build a stronger organization; support M&A project initiatives; advise / coach in employee relations; administer compensation and benefits; and lead the design of employee development experiences. BS / BA required; master’s degree highly preferred with 3 years HR experience in a corporate or multi-site setting. SHRM-CP or PHR Certification highly preferred. Experience in M&A initiatives, broad HR responsibilities including performance management, employee relations, and talent development. $90K – $125K 5-15% target bonus. Hybrid position : Monday – Thursday on site; Fridays remote.
