The Robinson Law Firm is looking for a part-time legal secretary to join our team. This role is primarily focused on answering phones, assisting clients, filing paperwork, and logging client intake in our system. Strong customer service skills are a must—our top priority is making sure our clients feel heard and taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist clients by answering questions and providing updates when appropriate
- File and organize legal documents
- Enter and manage client information in our system
- Handle multiple tasks while staying organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or legal support role is recommended
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and case management software
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
