Job Title: Office Logistics Administrator
Time Commitment: Non-Exempt, Full Time

Who We Are:
The ROCK (Reaching Our Community Kids) Center for Youth Development is a dynamic and inclusive non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe and healthy developmental education, after-school programs, and community-based activities to support the success and well-being of middle school and high school students.
The ROCK operates two essential programs: Discover You™ and out-of-school time. While each program serves a distinct and vital purpose, they are mutually dependent and complementary, prioritizing the specific needs of youth in our communities. These programs aim to foster character development, social-emotional skills, tangible life skills, confidence, a sense of belonging, and a foundation for healthy life choices and relationships.
The Role:
As the Office Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to support the daily operations of The ROCK Center for Youth Development. This includes data processing, managing organizational logistics, and providing support to the Directors and President/CEO as needed.
Responsibilities:
Organizational Management:
- Manage MiRegistry to ensure accurate and updated records.
- Oversee data collection and management using Airtable.
- Coordinate book publishing and distribution logistics, including inventory management and ordering.
- Process and manage MOUs and contracts.
- Coordinate travel, conference, and vending opportunities.
- Compile and organize background checks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues and coordination.
- Oversee coding and filing of receipts.
- Enter and manage deposits and bills.
- Manage the logistics of HR processes, including onboarding, scheduling interviews, and maintaining personnel files.
- Provide internal organizational communications and updates.
- Collaborate with The ROCK team members on cross-functional projects.
General Support:
- Foster a positive and supportive corporate culture aligned with The ROCK's core values.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and planning activities as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements: Proven work experience as an Office Administrator. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, WordPress, Canva, Adobe, and Airtable. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A collaborative approach to work and commitment to team goals. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Successful completion of a background check.
