Staff Accountant – Accounting Services

Job Duties

For multiple clients perform the following :

• Balance and maintain accurate general ledger using QuickBooks
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Prepare payroll and payroll tax returns
• Reconciliation of cash and other subsidiary accounts on monthly basis
• Prepare and process accounts payable
• Sales and use tax return preparation
• Budget preparation and monitoring
