Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and
managing our marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on digital
marketing. This role will involve planning and executing strategies to boost brand
awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have
experience in legal marketing and a strong understanding of the personal injury sector.
Our main location is located in Thomasville; however we will be creating initiatives to
grow in the Valdosta and Albany markets in 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase firm visibility
and attract new clients.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing,
and content marketing.
- Create engaging content for the firm's website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure marketing materials are compliant with legal
advertising rules and effectively communicate the firm's value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven
insights to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and web designers, as
needed.
- Develop and maintain the firm's branding, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Plan and execute community outreach initiatives and events to strengthen the firm's
local presence.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google
Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
**Preferred Skills:**
- 1 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in legal or
professional services marketing.
Experience with legal marketing, particularly within personal injury law.
- Familiarity with ethical rules and advertising guidelines for legal services.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve marketing challenges.
