What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Staff position at The Roman Candle Pizzeria?
The Roman Candle Catering Staff work at events primarily held at the Madison Children's Museum where we hold a full liquor license. Most events are on Fridays and Saturdays with occasional weekday parties. Catering Staff are responsible for setting up, tearing down and operating bars during events. Staff should be able to lift at least 20 lbs as we are constantly moving barrels of beer of all sizes. Late nights are a must but events do not go later than midnight. This a great 2nd job for anyone working a 9-5 looking for a little extra cash in a fun, laid-back setting.
Events usually end at 11 pm or midnight; clean up takes about 30 mins-1 hour. Must be able to lift or assist in lifting barrels of beer.
