The Project Manager at The Roof Mentors is the face, voice, and leader of the company at the job site. Our goal is to build relationships, and you will be tasked with that during the build process for each roof replacement you supervise. We pride ourselves in not just making sure our roofs are top quality but also in how well we create and build relationships with those homeowners. This position allows them to build trust with you and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Arive at the build each morning before tear off, deliver any required materials, and introduce yourself to the homeowner.
- Supervise and take photos of the critical phases of each job.
- Perform a Quality Control Inspection after each build is complete and pick up all left over materials.
- Communicate any questions, concerns, and change orders with the homeowner as they pertain to the build.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in relation to the project.
- Communicate and address any concerns and change orders with the crews, as well as assure the crew is following company standards and local building codes.
- Delivery of supplies to and from multiple locations, as well as any supplies needed during the job.
- Create, maintain, and upload all documents and photos in relation to the build including change-orders, completed photos, and inspection lists.
- Document all communication on our account management sofware (Rooflink).
- Make decisions on unforeseen circumstances, as well as properly communicate those decisions to the homeowner and company representative.
- Submit material orders and coordinate with crews on scheduling.
- Must stock and maintain all materials at the office warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous roofing or construction experience (preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with clients (required)
- Positive and outgoing personality (required)
- Deadline and detail-oriented (required)
- Must be able to lift heavy products (required)
- Must be comfortable with climbing roofs (required)
- Must be able to pass a driving record background check (required)
- Highschool diploma or equivlent (required)
Company provisions:
- PPE and equipment required to perform expected tasks
- Company vehicle for work related travel

Schedule:
- Builds are scheduled Monday-Friday and some Saturdays based on need.
- Location of work will be a combination of build supervision and administrative work at the office.
- Length of work day varies depending on each specific build, the number of builds, and the season.
- Hours are dependent on the amount of builds that day/week and the scope of work for those builds.
- Daily and weekly scheduling is largly determined by weather.

Annual Salary: $35,000 - $45,000
