Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and record primary financial data for accounting records.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting databases.
- Process Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Organize, maintain, and close out invoices from vendors and suppliers.
- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Review and verify the accuracy of business transactions and reports.
- Perform administrative duties to support the accounting function.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
