As the venue leader at the Roost Event Center, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue operations and maintaining the high standards that The Roost Event Center is known for. This role involves managing event details, coordinating with vendors, and providing exceptional service to couples and their guest while navigating any challenges that may arise. Job Responsibilities
- As the face of our venue sales team, you’ll guide clients from inquiry to booking, conduct engaging tours, and create seamless experiences that turn dream weddings and events into reality.
- You’ll work closely with couples, corporate clients, and planners, ensuring that every detail is tailored to their vision while meeting the Roost Event Centers’ policies and standards.
- Work together with the owner to handle site tours for new couples and Open Houses for booked couples.
- Handle any conflicts or challenges that arise throughout the planning process and during the event with professionalism and grace
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee staff to ensure seamless event setup, service, and teardown.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as wedding schedule require
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s processes and procedures
Nice-To-Haves
Prior managements experience in a hospitality or related field
Previous experience in the wedding industry is preferred but not mandatory.
