The Rosales Group is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English & Spanish) Executive Assistant to help take our business to the next level.
Position: Full-Time Executive Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In-office (Spartanburg/Greenville area)
Start Date: Flexible — we’re focused on finding the right person
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, appointments, and daily operations
• Follow up with clients and team members in a timely manner
• Create presentations, labels, and marketing content using Excel, PowerPoint & Canva
• Handle email communication and administrative tasks
• Support the team in day-to-day organization and client experience
• Maintain a clean, professional, and efficient office environment
You are:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Suite
• Excellent at time management and follow-through
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a fast learner
• Able to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision
Bonus if you:
• Have real estate experience or are familiar with the industry
