Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge of our menu, ingredients, sourcing, dietary needs with our food and drink
- Delivering food to tables
- Prepare simple alcoholic beverages, and serve them in accordance with DABS regulations
- Maintain/follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with guests regularly and professionally
- Ability to work within a team dynamic and provide a supportive role
Qualifications:
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail and high work standards
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Must be 21 years old
- Food Handlers Permit
- Utah On-Premise Alcohol cerification
