As the Benefits Leader, you will spearhead the company's benefits strategy and execution, from design and implementation to ongoing evaluation. We're looking for a thought leader with a proven track record of building and optimizing best-in-class benefits programs. You will analyze our current offerings, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our benefits package remains competitive and meets the evolving needs of our workforce.
Global benefits experience required (specifically western Europe).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Benefits Professional) preferred.
- 10 years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of benefits contract language, legislation, and compliance requirements.
