Major International Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director level HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support senior executives in driving business success through people strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnership, the HRBP will be a trusted advisor, working closely with leaders and stakeholders across diverse and complex business units.
The HRBP is a critical HR representative and is expected to provide strategic insight and guidance to both the business and HR, acting as a bridge and spearheading two-way feedback to ensure initiatives are relevant and executed successfully. This HRBP will be a collaborative partner to and work closely with other teams in HR, including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, and people analytics.

What You Bring:
- 8 years' experience in a similar role, working with senior leaders on strategic HR projects and leading HR strategy and execution for populations of at least 1,000 employees.
- Higher education is preferable. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or similar.
- Solid experience working within a global tech company preferred.
- Effective acumen in coaching and advising leaders and colleagues on organizational issues and challenges; willingness to play a hands-on role in problem solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to flex between both strategic and hands-on projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, growth environment.
- Delivery bias and sense of urgency. Focus on delivering value to the business regularly.
- Data-driven; comfortable working with diverse data sets, extracting meaningful insights, building narratives and determining action plans.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, engagement, and diplomacy skills in dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Strong HR Generalist experience is a plus.
