What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Showing Agent position at The Roy Group - Team Real Estate?
GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Compensation:
Approx $50,000 (Salary Commission or Commission Only)
Responsibilities:- Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Schedule showings with home buyers to get them into properties quickly.
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- If no real estate license, be willing & able to obtain one.
- This is a full-time position
