What are the responsibilities and job description for the Luxury Leasing Specialist position at The Royal Worthington?
The Royal Worthington, a luxury apartment building in Malvern, PA, is looking for a full time Luxury Leasing Specialist. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. It is required that the successful candidate have reliable transportation and be required to work weekends.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintains guest cards for prospective residents and completes follow up email, calls, etc., managing the sales process, from start to finish
- Greets prospective residents and conducts tours of community
- Completes all lease applications, assists with verifications and notifies prospective residents of results
- Reviews and completes all lease paperwork including related addenda and collecting signatures.
- Greets and assists current residents with any questions or concerns.
- Manages on site package delivery process.
- Organizes and files appropriate reports, leases, and paperwork.
- Inspects apartments and prepare files for new residents moving in
- Participates in resident events, marketing, and social media
- Physically inspects property, picks up litter and reports any service needs to property manager and maintenance staff.
- Assists property manager and assistant property manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc.
Primary Requirements:
- 2-3 years in a leasing/property management environment
- Solid customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in converting phone calls and internet leads to appointments and leases
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Yardi preferred but not required
