The focus for this role will be supporting the build-out of our emerging talent AI programs.
Recruiting Program Manager - (Short-Term Employment) Responsibilities :
- Support the design and delivery of programs for early-in-career talent at Meta.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to meet current business needs while balancing a scalable program framework.
- Design and lead training for program stakeholders and participants.
- Partner with internal teams to develop, scale, and refine tools to support global programs and ensure data integrity.
- Leverage data to track performance indicators, identify trends, and align projects and programs with company priorities.
- Communicate goals, successes, and best practices with the broader team and key partners.
- Participate in global projects to improve the overall program.
- Hone participant and manager care strategy, to answer questions and escalations at scale.
- Develop project plans and work-back plans with a high level of accountability in an environment with shifting priorities.
