Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and designers. The Architectural Drafter will use AutoCAD software to produce accurate and detailed blueprints and site plans for construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Experience in 3D modeling is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and plans using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with in-house designers to interpret project specifications and requirements.
- Revise drawings as needed based on feedback from project managers.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards, building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Maintain organized documentation and records of all drawings and project files.
- Conduct field measurements and site visits to gather data for drafting purposes.
Required Qualifications: (Experience, degree, background)
- Associate’s degree or certification in Architectural Drafting, CAD technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Basic Understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise and accurate drawings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with in-house designers and project teams.
Work Environment:
- Office setting with standard working hours; occasional site visits may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:
· Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annually (DOE)
