Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative & Estimator to join our dynamic RUSH Facilities team. This part-time role combines the responsibilities of identifying and securing new business opportunities with the ability to prepare accurate estimates for facilities maintenance projects. You will build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, present customized service solutions, and provide detailed proposals to ensure competitive and profitable pricing. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development : Identify and pursue potential clients in need of facilities maintenance services.
- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and present customized service solutions.
- Estimating and Proposals : Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for maintenance services based on client needs, specifications, and site assessments.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients, explaining service offerings and cost breakdowns clearly.
- Lead Management : Effectively manage and follow up on leads to convert them into long-term customers.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to position our services effectively.
- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and client feedback.
- Collaboration with Operations : Work closely with the operations team to ensure that estimates align with service capabilities and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
