What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at The Russo Firm?
State Wide - Boca Raton based law firm hiring Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Broward and Palm Beach County. 2 years Litigation Experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, be self-sufficient, organized, have a strong attention to detail, meet discovery deadlines and willingness to learn.
Being able to easily communicate with your team and opposing counsel. Not afraid of picking up the phone and call the Judicial Assistant or the Clerk. Trial experience not necessary but will train the right person. Personal Injury experience is not required as long as you have basic knowledge of civil procedures. We are looking to hire two employees for this position.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Drafting and Filing of Pleadings (Litigation Experience Required)
- Discovery
- Scheduling of Hearings, Depositions, Mediations and any other trial related events.
- Research
- Keeping Firms Calendar up to date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
