- Understand client needs and develop plans and strategies to meet their objectives.
- Execute comprehensive client communication plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage analytics and metrics to report on campaign success and deliver on client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and project management teams to enhance client projects.
- Prepare reports on account status and maintain clear and comprehensive client records.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to enhance networking and professional growth.
- Lead and mentor members within the sales teams, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar role, preferably in the marketing or advertising sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a knack for persuasive client presentations.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
