Responsibilities- Act alongside management as the face of Rusty Taco in the community.
- Promote and represent the brand at local events and festivals.
- Train and work in position as front of house leadership.
- Lead team members in hospitality with genuine excitement for connecting with guests.
- Embody and exude our company culture of joy, servantship and purposeful action.
- Oversee the training and development of new and existing employees to cultivate confident and guest experience focused team members.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic through reliability, responsibility, and productivity.
- Must have a passion for developing others with a genuine desire to serve both guests and team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - English is a required language, bilingual is preferred.
- Upbeat & self-driven personality.
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for food, particularly Mexican cuisine and street-style tacos.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others.
- Minimum of 30 hours per week.
