Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RV Park Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our RV park, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining facilities, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring compliance with park policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Relations:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all park guests.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the reservation system and ensure accurate bookings and check-ins/check-outs.
2. Park Operations:
- Supervise daily park operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of facilities.
- Enforce park policies and regulations to maintain order and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor utilities, such as water, electricity, and waste disposal systems, and coordinate repairs as needed.
3. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise park employees and contractors, including housekeeping, maintenance, and office staff.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
- Conduct regular inspections of the park’s facilities and grounds.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field (experience in RV park management preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair procedures is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This position requires flexibility, as weekends, holidays, and evenings may be part of the work schedule.
- The role involves both indoor administrative tasks and outdoor activities, including walking the grounds and inspecting facilities.
