Someone in this role will assist the Parts Department in picking up and delivering parts to and from the shop from various suppliers or to mobile technicians on the road.
Key Functions
- Pick up ordered parts and deliver back to the shop
- Maintain a professional and company image while off premises
- Assist with various activities during downtime, including facility maintenance
- Deliver parts to mobile technicians at off-site locations
- Other tasks as assigned by mangement
Ideal Characteristics
- Stays Busy; This role can have downtime in between runs, this person should never be afraid to pick up a broom and stay busy.
- Acts as an Example; This individual is regularly exposed to our supplies and even our customers and should always be representing the company in a positive way
- Friendly and Courteous; This role acts as a support to many other personnel, and should always be friendly and willing to support.
